Some weeks ago I felt the urgent need to draw Snape, buuut I really hadn't any idea how to manage it. I failed at every picture I started, out of the reason that I´ve drawn him a million times. It felt odd to sketch him, I was sick of black and white pics, it was time for something coloured. I remebered a colourfull window I´ve seen in a church lately, then the beginning of Disneys "Beauty and the Beast", my mind added Snape to it, et voila, an idea was born! Intentionaly I planned to show his whole life in these ahm, windows, but firstly the last chapter in his life is missing (I hope I am not foreboding anything...let´s hope he won´t die...) aand secondly at that time, I had no clue how to realise it. Or which scenes to choose... one week later or so, I´ve stumbled across the "Snape kills Dumbledore" contest. Tadaaah!
So here you see the result.
The outlines are penciled and inked, then scanned. Colouring cleaning and refining of the image is done in PS.
